  • Featured Image Shop Logo Derby Engraving!

Finally found a little time to do something for myself! I was surrounded last weekend by others who had a lot of work done by me on their bikes and got a bit jealous! I had to come finish my own Derby cover and have some more work on my own scoot. I hand engraved this derby cover of what I call the Juggerhead logo and got it installed. Check it out and as always, send inquiries on your own custom hand made art or engravings or whatever custom application you want to juggernautsgarage@gmail.com! Or, you can always stop by and see what we have going on.

What’s more truly custom than one of a kind and hand made? What do  you have on your ride?

Peace, Grease and a Life of Ease,

    ~Juggernaut

  • Featured Image Engraving Parts for the Greasy Dozen Build

It’s been a cold month and the shop is pretty slow. I have been knocking out a bunch of stuff for the Greasy Dozen build that is kinda tedious and takes some time. I want to get these small details done while I have the time.

I engraved the inspection cover and was able to achieve the “brushed” look I was going for. I used a diamond encrusted bit and went light and slow. There are other ways to do this of course, like with vinyl cut-outs and sand blasting among others. The way, I’ve done it, I feel I was more involved as I personally put each mark on the metal myself.

The derby cover is just something I found and altered a bit to suit my needs and engraved it on. Its not completely finished as I want to do something to adorn the edges and use up some of the empty space.

The Raw Piece Finished installed Up Close Inspection/Derby

I finally have the front head off and can now also start rebuilding the top end! Yeah, whoever built them last glued them down… yes, glued…

A few more small details to engrave and then polishing the cases by hand. Then ready for the rebuild!

Peace, Grease and A Life of Ease,

    ~Juggernaut

  • Your Harley never looked better!

Been doing a bunch of Harley-Davidson primary derby covers lately. The guys from the Watchmen LEMC are currently my biggest customers! Can’t thank them enough for their continued support from the beginning of the shop. I’ve done wallets, derby covers and leather face-masks for them. These guys know and love custom and appreciate hand made craftsmanship. Here are some highlights of what I have been doing.

You can order a custom, one of a kind derby cover from me and we can design it and get it just the way  you want it. Just hit me up at juggernautsgarage@gmail.com or on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/JuggernautCycles. Prices start at $220, which is less than even most machine made custom derby covers. Your will be a hand made work of art to display on your ride. All the covers currently show fit all Harley Twin Cam 99-2014 only. These do not fit Evo or any Sportster models! But, have no fear, those covers can be ordered as well as older models like for Shovelheads as well. You can also choose if you would like polished aluminum, flat black, gloss black or wrinkle finish derby. All covers will come with a protective clear coat finish to protect the exposed metal though.

As for custom leather face masks, these will start at around $110. They come adjustable and are fully customizable as well, pick your image, finish etc. Enjoy!

  • Featured Image To the Grave

There are aspects of custom motorcycles that not every builder can do themselves. I’m trying to eliminate that actuality with Juggernaut Cycles.  I hope these pieces add some hand-made cool to my bikes and continues my effort to keep every aspect of a build completed by me.  From the design, build, the engine work, the restoration, custom leather and now custom hand engraved parts. If I can’t build it, I will still customize it, do it by hand and keep it in house.

I have ceased the small leather items like wallets and don’t know if I will offer any etched products for individual sale at this time. I am wanting to move on to motorcycle seats and parts for the shop’s full motorcycle builds. I have two bike builds that need my attention that I hope will drive my shop forward more than these small, one off parts. I may, however, take a few orders of custom parts for further practice and experience. If you want something done, hit me up at juggernautsgarage@gmail.com and I will see if I can make your item happen. Here are the latest just to show off some of the parts I’ve done for the Griffin shovelhead build.
