ftm dating sites free Here is another Custom painted helmet I did to accompany me to the Greasy Dozen Run later this year. I added a couple extra logos as a way to say thanks for including me in the Greasy Dozen. The Bear paw is for the organizer nicknamed”Bear” who owns and operates Old Bike Barn, which offers tons of vintage motorcycle parts and accessories. The 33 is for the web page Chop Cult which is the vehicle with which the Greasy Dozen operates and an all around awesome site for anything chopper. The back of the helmet of course has my shop name and the viking runes that represent the “Journey” and the other “Protection”. If you would like a custom helmet yourself, I can do just about anything you would like. Hit me up and we will get your design figured out and have you on the road with a sleek custom helmet. No one else out there has one like this and no one else will have one like yours either. Now, thats what custom is about!
Peace and Grease,
It’s been a cold month and the shop is pretty slow. I have been knocking out a bunch of stuff for the Greasy Dozen build that is kinda tedious and takes some time. I want to get these small details done while I have the time.
I engraved the inspection cover and was able to achieve the “brushed” look I was going for. I used a diamond encrusted bit and went light and slow. There are other ways to do this of course, like with vinyl cut-outs and sand blasting among others. The way, I’ve done it, I feel I was more involved as I personally put each mark on the metal myself.
The derby cover is just something I found and altered a bit to suit my needs and engraved it on. Its not completely finished as I want to do something to adorn the edges and use up some of the empty space.
I finally have the front head off and can now also start rebuilding the top end! Yeah, whoever built them last glued them down… yes, glued…
A few more small details to engrave and then polishing the cases by hand. Then ready for the rebuild!
Peace, Grease and A Life of Ease,
It’s a new year and as promised, we are driving forward with new things. I have begun helmet design and custom painting and opened a shop to accompany the website/blog (http://juggernautcycles.bigcartel.com). Some things in the shop may be vintage items that I think are cool and are for sale. Some items may be a show of what I can do for you to make your ride custom and better! Juggernaut Cycles is capable of designing or reapplying any type of logo or image and putting it onto many different mediums in chopperdom. I can get your vision onto a leather wallet, seat or face-mask. I can etch or engrave on any metal, wood or plastic surface and paint your helmet to match. The world is ours to design and figure out how you can enjoy your ride even more!
Everything is done custom. Everything done 100% by hand and you will love it guaranteed! I will consider discount pricing if you order items in certain quantities for your club, family or even just yourself. If you have ideas, comments or are ready to get a project started, let me know in the comments below, email at email@example.com or hit the contact button here on the ol’ blogger.
Some examples of my work are shown here on the blog and on facebook at facebook.com/juggernautcycles and I will always provide more details or answer any questions if you need them. Below is a few pics of a custom helmet recently completed!
Recently, my parents moved to Orlando, Florida. It was a sudden and quick move and the old man had knee surgery right as it was happening. So, needless to say, I havent had a lot of time to get a lot of shop stuff done. I did obtain a lot of items that I will use when I start the shop full time, early 2015. I now possess my Great Grandfathers solid oak desk that will be used as my desk in the shop. Also, I did find some time to draw some potential t-shirt ideas. I played around with my logo and wanted to add a bit of life to the design. I think I may have stumbled across a cool tatoo idea as well.
I received a part in the mail that I was going to engrave for a customer but, it was damaged during shipping. Instead of returning the derby cover, I thought I would give some paint a try. I am still on the fence with the outcome and may add some cross bones and shop name to it but, I may just strip the paint and engrave something for my Dyna.
I was up for several days without sleep around my birthday. Just trying to get a few things done for myself. I just simply didnt have the time for sleep and treat myself to personal projects. I engraved my air cleaner cover and the dash piece on my bike, The dash isnt fully done and Ill be done a cool write up on the installation of my ignition. I’m waiting on the rubber grommet I ordered online to go around the ignition to finish it up. So, ignore the electrical tape.
I’m not gettin a whole lot done but, I’m still moving forward. Stay tuned for updates on when I expect to be full time!
Peace, grease and a life of ease,
