Recently, my parents moved to Orlando, Florida. It was a sudden and quick move and the old man had knee surgery right as it was happening. So, needless to say, I havent had a lot of time to get a lot of shop stuff done. I did obtain a lot of items that I will use when I start the shop full time, early 2015. I now possess my Great Grandfathers solid oak desk that will be used as my desk in the shop. Also, I did find some time to draw some potential t-shirt ideas. I played around with my logo and wanted to add a bit of life to the design. I think I may have stumbled across a cool tatoo idea as well.
I received a part in the mail that I was going to engrave for a customer but, it was damaged during shipping. Instead of returning the derby cover, I thought I would give some paint a try. I am still on the fence with the outcome and may add some cross bones and shop name to it but, I may just strip the paint and engrave something for my Dyna.
I was up for several days without sleep around my birthday. Just trying to get a few things done for myself. I just simply didnt have the time for sleep and treat myself to personal projects. I engraved my air cleaner cover and the dash piece on my bike, The dash isnt fully done and Ill be done a cool write up on the installation of my ignition. I’m waiting on the rubber grommet I ordered online to go around the ignition to finish it up. So, ignore the electrical tape.
I’m not gettin a whole lot done but, I’m still moving forward. Stay tuned for updates on when I expect to be full time!
Peace, grease and a life of ease,
